W. Todd Ruhe

“The Dee Dee Jackson Foundation (DDJF) proudly supports Calvary Hospital’s healing mission through music therapy. This shared mission between DDJF and Calvary Hospital is the belief in music’s profound ability to provide solace, grace, and resilience. DDJF’s goal is to shine a light on the negative impact of grief. Our collaboration with Calvary Hospital expands our reach, allowing us to offer music therapy not only to bereaved children but also to their families. Through this partnership, we aim to make a meaningful difference in their lives.”

Camp Compass

Calvary’s Camp Compass® provides a safe, nurturing environment for children between the ages of 6 to 18 years with diverse backgrounds. They have an opportunity to validate their feelings and we are able to offer hope and provide fun for the week.

Music Therapy

Music therapy offers a myriad of benefits that encompass physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. Through carefully selected music interventions, individuals can experience reduced stress and anxiety levels, enhanced mood regulation, and improved emotional expression.
